Ravenna is a top-down pattern with an all-over pointelle-style motif throughout. This pattern has instructions for a cardigan version worked flat as well as a pullover version worked in the round.

You can easily adjust the length with calculations for your button placement, and you can also decide between ribbing or i-cord trim. With so many options, you can customize this pattern to your exact preferences and desired fit.

Choose between short or long sleeves with two different width options (a narrow sleeve, shown, or a wider sleeve for more ease).

For ribbing:
US 1 (2.25 mm) 16-32 in (40-80 cm) circular needles, or size needed to obtain gauge. Switch to longer length needles as your stitch count increases. Small circumference needles such as 16 in (40 cm) or smaller for armhole and neckband.

GAUGE
1 Chart repeat after blocking: 12 sts = 1.75 in (4.5 cm); 12 rows = 1.05 in (2.5 cm)
